Merry Christmas folks and cheers for posting so quickly Warvadal.

This was one of two mixes I did for DJ History’s Secret Santa exchange and is the more downtempo of the two, containing some of my favourite tracks of 2011 together with some all time blissed out faves.

No festive songs but hopefully perfect listening for a mellow post dinner Christmas afternoon.

very very good. The opener is amazing – Psychemagick have done some great stuff lately – I’m a big fan. That plaid track is an old fave and Pinball is brilliant.

Missed this one over the Christmas period. That Spiritualized number takes me back.

Nice mellow tunes for the afternoon. Enjoyed this one greatly and a few new artists for me to check out.

That Reminiscent Drive track is great too. In my mind, it’s permanently linked with this classic mix which is well worth a listen:

I love this mix, can’t get enough of it. Same kind of vein as Dirk & Tonic’s Trip to Balearock. Loads of new sounds for me.

Thanks. I love those Trip To Balearock mixes – they were kind of the inspiration for the Hey Kids Rock & Roll mix I did last year (Volume 2 coming very soon).

I’ll also be posting a mix later this month which will definitely be of a similar vein to this one.
