I’m on it! Downloading, looks yummy!
holy poop, this is a sweet mix… I’m loving it, thanks! I love a good piece of bastard-pop 😈
Oooohhh, that was quite some journey Mr.Josh.
But a very enjoyable one i hasten to add.
And your “one more tune …” finale is a lovely bit of genius !
Sooo, thats Glen Campbell, & ELO so far.
Who next ?
😀 😉
Gave it a listen today – spot on. Although I gotta know, did the spider or the scorpion win?
Great to hear Impossible Mission in there as well. Takes me back…
Haha, thanks Edward! That snippet came from some Aussie war movie… can’t recall the name. Anyway, the spider won 😀
Great mix Rogan… not sure how you managed tardis that many samples in together but somehow you managed it. Hall & Oates + Wu Tang + Leafcutter : that takes skill.
Just done the journey again, & I enjoyed it more this time ! 😛
Laughed out loud around track 90, at the Geordie talkin about his blow job !! 😆
Where’d you find that ?
Haha, thanks chaps!
The Geordie thing is from a radio phone-in show regarding a Paul Weller gig… Everyone’s ranting & raving about how good it was then that guy phones up to say, apparently in all seriousness, that he enjoyed it, “he played most of his old hits etc.” but the best part was getting a blowjob from “the girl that sold the popcorn!
The hostess gets stroppy & just cuts him off! Man’s a hero.
Oh, and there’s a bit of ‘Trip To Trumpton’ by Urban Hype at that part, I suck at making tracklists 🙁
where to start? looked at the tracklist and thought, this is going to be very busy, but it sounds perfectly coherent all the way through. amazing use of samples, great tunes and superb flow. one of the best mixes I’ve heard this year. you put a lot of work in and it shows.
take a bow 😀
keep away from the guy with the funny eye
keep away from the funny eyed guy
cheers 😈
Wow!! Only half way through and this already has too many high points to mention. What a work of art, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again..so many mixes on the box are head and shoulders above most professionally released stuff and this is no exception. I want it to go for ever!! cheers hp 😀 😀 😀
It’s like you read my mind HP……
I’m very very impressed with this mix; deof my fav mix of the year so far and probably in the top three ever ‘box mixes imo, and I’m only halfway through!!!
HOW MANY TRACKS !!!
Wow 😯
I love this mix so much I want to shag the speakers……
You’ve created a masterpiece here Sean, the flow, content & samples are all spot on. This is one of fav ever mixes from any site. I’m so impressed that I reckon it’ll leave a scar 😉
Nice work indeed Mr Josh, a lovely labour of loveliness. Too much to take in in one go, so I’m going back in for a second helping 8)
I have no idea how you even began to do this.
Glad you did though.
Magnificent fun.
Great stuff! As above, it’s too much to take in first time round, but repeated listens are a pleasure. Very strong from about 20 mins onwards imo.
What a great mix. Like the question asked before, where do you start in the planning of this? I think my head would implode on itself if I thought about planning something like this. My upmost admiration to you.
Plus having GC at the end there was a sweet touch. In my top 5 songs of all time 🙂
Agree with Ken on the GC comment….maybe not top 5 but defo top 100
Thanks Ken!
I don’t plan. Whatsoever. If I make that seem transparent, I’m utterly flattered!
hey mate, top stuff… what set up did you do it on?
that’s one dope ass mix!
This. Is. Seriously. One. Of. The. Greatest. Mixes. OF. ALL. TIME.
Found it last year, hasn’t waned a drop.
Sorry to say, but I don’t buy the fact that you didn’t plan ahead 😉
You’re telling me – without pre-arranged samples present – you managed this in one sitting, without error, on the fly?!?
hit me up… I gotta ask your approval for something (re-posting, etc)

AND THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR ARTISTRY!!
Hi ExistentialKid, Rogan here.
Megatrip directed me to this comment, on Christmas day too, so thanks to him.
Glad you liked the mix, I find it all a bit muddy sounding as I hadn’t quite got my head around EQ’ing when I did it!
& regarding the ‘nothing planned’ aspect, I’m afraid that was exactly how it was done… however, it was created in Sony Acid and not done ‘on the fly, in one sitting’ … all in it took months, I just built it up over time, adding odds & sods as I went.
Thanks for the comments!
Happy Xmas,
Sean.
well, I’m actually quite glad you didn’t do it in one sitting – that makes you HUMAN! Still dope as all-hell, Sean… thank YOU & happy new year…
