This was my last mix before I had to unfortunately sell my decks. New ones are on the way and I will be uploading a ‘Newborn Babies” mix as soon as I can. Tracklist is as an image.
It was great all through.Kept my attention & really worked it on out.Nice strong sound. The selection & mixing are most pleasing.
I hear ya on your decks.I had to let go of my guitar for a few weeks & I just keep staring at where it would normally be.
I hope you get them back soon.
This is one of my favourite Tendril mixes (and I’ve heard a few 😆 ), good to see it on the ‘Box! Lots of great tunes on here, but “Zero Gravity Jive” is awesome!
Taken me a while to get to this one. I’m halfway through (I cut them into two parts so I can listen to them whilst walking the dog; my mp3 player is shite as well so it goes back to the start when I turn it off)
Mixing is outstandingly good, and the tunes are rockin’!! Really enjoyable so far, let’s hope that you don’t have to wait too long before you get some new decks….
£280!!!! Fuck me, now that’s dedication! Do you get paid for DJing?
BTW the second half was spot on as well…
Cheers
no, I don’t get pais for DJing. Haven’t really had a good spend since last year and having just given up smoking AND green, am saving about £200/month. I must admit I spent £65 in 1 shop on 3 bits of vinyl: an original Prince Buster album, A double picture disk of the Star Wars Episode 1 music and a double of 1950s/60s TV soundtracks (merrie melodies, The Saint, Monty Python, Pink Panther etc etc). The fella did throw in a 7 of Thunderbirds/Joe90 though And I made the mistake of letting Ed from Disque records in Islington serve me. Once he knows what you like he has a knack of pulling tune after tune out. Bastard!
Fair enough! It’s always worth spending money on music, and those sound great.
Never got into vinyl, mainly due to price and lack of space to store it with all my CD’s cluttering up the house….Dangerspouse would have klled me, so it was only ever gonna be CD decks for me.

I have an extensive back catalogue of mixes done before I sold my babies. I will be uploading one a month until I get the new ones.

Cheers Dangerscouse.
The decks have been put back a month unfortunately, due to my purchase of a pair of Sennheiser HD 25s and 280 quids worth of black crack 😈
