So goes the opening voiceover of “Chief,” the obscure and long forgotten sequel to 1975’s “One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest,” the DVD of which has been released this week. As “Chief” has never been released on VHS or had it’s cable or television rights sold, this will be the first chance for many to see this obscurity from a time long past. READ MORE
