I really like this because it has such disparate songs/genres, yet they fit in a way that makes for an enjoyable listen. Much in the vein of my all time fave mixes by The Avalanches and Justice (Fabric mix). It’s tough to make a mix work that doesn’t look right on paper, and you did.
Another WINNER, Swamps. I’m happy to see that you included FSL, aka Amorphous Androgynous and Tackhead in the mix, two of my all-time favorites. “Give Me A Chance,” touches my SOUL. Loved the opening motif to “Night Of The Wolf(?)” with its Spaghetti Western feel. I just discovered Gary Clark Jr. during the past year, glad you did too. Mixes like this motivates a body to want to continue making mixes for another 7 years… So many ELEMENTS. Cheers n Peace.

bloody hell mate, awesome! these days I don’t listen to the amount of music I once did… on & off etc… there’s always a strong track selection with your mixes and the fact we both love the pychemagik stuff, so I had to research the tracks!
These sleeve notes are ace – thanks for taking the time – I’m certainly going to work my way through your links – it will be a pleasure 😉
This could be the way forward with my next (seeing as they take a number of months to put together), posting a little bit about each selection like this etc.
