Mmmm great set Dangerscouse, not too familar with some of artists material. Wow cheers for intro, James Blake had heard in a mix prior & was like “Who Dat!” (yeah should read labels more)… ynwa with sets like these!
Bloody hell that was quick Dirk!!! Glad you liked it. The rest of the James Blake album is a bit more dubstep influenced and experimental, but still worth a purchase.
Anyways, time for something a bit more chilled this time. Been meaning to do a chill out mix for ages, and now I’m planning a second one, as I found so many tunes that could be used.
Very very nice relaxing mix with a lot of good tracks… And then there was Zelda 2. That version of the title track was gorgeous, and I’d love to know the source of that track.
Thanks to the magic of Google, I found out it was the Boom Bip track, sampling an orchestral version of the Zelda 2 title theme. So not really an arrange so much as sampling awesome.

Cheers B. Yeah, it’s on the chill side of chillout, not quite ambient!
I must be getting old, as I’m listening to a lot more of it recently!!!
Ha! Yeah…I’m slowing down as I get older too. My musical palette has expanded by leaps and bounds though…which is a good thing.
Cool mix. Perfect for the car. 😉
Oh…and THANKS! Digby Jones is fantastic!
lovely chilled mix – really enjoyed it! You should watch out when you warp thom yorke though, his voice warbles a bit more than usual 😉
hahahaha…ta Len, didn’t even give that a thought!!! I’ve got enough for another two mixes or so, so I’ll do another one sometime soon
Cheers Solcofn…and yep, that Digby Jones tune is ace. Not sure if there is anything by him though

Cheers all!
Got another one planned as I write this, which might be a 2 hour mix or split into two separate mixes.
Wvlfpvp, can you let me know what track you are referring to, as I’m not sure. Hopefully I’ll have an answer for you.
Cheers
