I salute you for your fearless posting. It’s clear you pleased yourself & that’s the most important thing.
I found it very challenging.I found some parts rewarding,& a few really wore at me.I liked the ride tho,it was like an aural rodeo!
I got thrown a few times there! Lol!
I could’a swore it sounded like people were blowing through brass instruments of some kind! Haha.
Been ages since I got a chance to listen to some b0x.
Escaped the lab to sit at my desk today though and this was the first thing to catch my eye.
Fantastic selection of tunes.
The jazz things more my thing than the others, but all enjoyable
like useo – i applaud the fearlessness, but much as i like a bit of jazz, this went over the edge. well put together, slickly done, but too out there for me.
WOW. This is an amazing playlist. I guess I have eccentric tastes because I found it perfect. Especially with the breakdown near the middle. I had to rewind to listen to Nine Cats twice, then the pickup too, great! I love it! Thanks a lot this one’s a keeper.
Now listened to this quite a few times and am really enjoying it. It is challenging but well worth investing time in. Nice to hear some John Zorn as well. I had heard the name many times but not heard his music. Lets have more muff (sorry) cheers hp 🙂

thanks for the kind words!
as for the out-there jazz stuff, it gets worse on Fusione vol.6 🙂
regardless, i always like to break peaks in mixes w/ a dash of improv/avant-jazz… the later mixes are a bit more controlled, especially 8 and 10.
in any event, thanks once more for the listens/downloads !
