the night was incredible…………
i ripped up the party with my scratchings and XperiMENTAL music taste, see tris i used it and it feels great! you shoulda seen tha faces of everyone it was a picture. grooving gurning beats dropping my laptop didn’t spoil it either, but i still think it was pushed. here’s is some of the results. . i was even asked wheer i am playing next too!

This has jumped the queue for me, and it was worth it. This puts most professional mixes in the shade, you should be very proud of this…..at least as proud as we are to have DJ Lirpa on ‘box!!

B00mb0x is known for mediocre, redundant, themed mix sets (just look at the Lazy//Sexy series), but that bubonic plague has finally been relieved by the superior track selection of Dj Lirpa.
There’s no tracklisting, so I won’t bother you with pointing out any standout tracks. There’s no need — every track has a provocative timing that will make you remove your helmet in utter glee. The intro will have you pissing your pants, while the progression of this mix will have you questioning every mix you’ve heard thus far. Why can’t the Geez combine such energy with classic tracks? Why Can’t Bong find such hip and obscure tracks? And what about the “inspired” nonsense from Useo8, Stu, Mitzur@, and the illiterate clown who writes these reviews? Not a single mixer on this board can mix with the likes of Lirpa. Consider this mix an instructional set for the rest of the jokers that may follow.
This mix will touch you like a sexual predator in the ball pit of a McDonald’s playground. You’ll feel dirty, confused, yet… strangely intrigued. Not to mention aroused. At first you’ll resist it, crying for help, before you finally give in to the mature, developed sound of Sloof. After hearing this mix you will be changed forever. If this doesn’t force your hand at a three dollar subscription, nothing will.

Right when I saw the name of the mix it dawned on me. This is one of the funniest april fools I’ve had the pleasure of recieving… from the shoutbox hype (fucking hilarious) to the cast of characters (sister’s birthday party? George? Did Borat mix this???), to the artwork… and then the mix. If you didn’t know this was an april fools joke by the time you heard it go “Let’s crank this motherfucker up” into that sheep/bark house tune (best fucking intro ever — was laughing my ASS off)… well, c’mon now. It sounds like James Lavalle meets Junior Senior.
The joke was hilarious, the mix was hilarious, you guys are top notch. Well deserving of the review 8)
