Just in case you didn’t know.
In 2005 Joey Negro broadast an essential mix with the opening of Dave Lee mixing into The Sunburst Band (both versions). However, he shortened it up only as a background snippet for Pete Tong’s introduction, and then cut into the club mix — the reprise and album mix got a fe seconds. For this mix I let each one play out in its absolute entirety for a more spiritual, beachlike feel.
This one’s for those of you who like to party with sunsets. And Bong, that last track’s for you once again.

As long as I can maintain the usual sketch, I’m happy.
Funny thing is Bong, I’ve done most of these mixes ages ago; currently I’ve mixed 34 sets so far. So the whole “Bong likes the last track” isn’t even planned, it just sorta wound up that way (which I think is funny).
The next set kicks off right away with three or four cuts you may like. Not sure how the closing cut will rub ya though.

It’s funny we’re doing this joint-mix thing (oh now THAT was a clever play on words eh??) because listening to your mixes, the one thing I ALWAYS noticed was that you had killer intros.
So if we combine our forces… We’ll have people spazzing out like Helen Keller playing Dance Dance Revolution!!

Funny,I wasn’t in the mood for this style when I put it on.A little more poppy than my mood would have preferred.As soon as i was into the second track I was completely acclimated & never looked back.Some finestkind mixing occurring.
Maybe it was the last mixes (sonic sausage) minimal nature that set me up wrong.Or,maybe it was me,but I had a very good time with it.
I liked the cover,but actually missed the logo art.
