Theme: Connections Reloaded by Ajay D'Souza. Derived from Connections.
This mix is a lo-brow fusion of contempory human dialogue of a comedic nature and compositions of a tardy disposition. Some of the content may not travel well outside of UK but I’m sure you’ll get the gist of it 😀

Looking forward to this.
Can I recommend the Karl Pilkington, sorry, Ricky Gervais podcasts too for some quality moments.
As an Englishman living in the US I can’t tell you how much I miss this humour. Thank you, this will live in my headphones for a long time
J
Would you mind adding the musical portions of the tracklisting too
J
great tunes with some great samps
super
Sod the music, you can’t beat a bit of low-brow fusion of contempory dialogue. Looking forward to this Ken. cheers 😀 😀
bloody smashin’..found myself fannying around to bring the vocals more to the front ’cause i didn’t want to miss a syllable and i thought the music overshadowed a bit at times.
nice toons notwithstanding, and deep belly chuckles throughout. laughter and music – two fine gifts in anybody’s book.
It’s both funny & soothing.Often at the same time! Never less than interesting it’s great for repeat listening, especially if you fall asleep to it several times as I did.No problem, though,as it gave me a good reason to replay.A fine concept & well-crafted.
😀 😀 😀 😀 8) 8) 8)
I just put a more straightforward comedy set (& far less mixed) on my site http://www.djuseo.multiply.com if you want some more humour along these lines. It’s called Hello From Noveltyland.
wuss the tune that comes in around 25th minute. i know it, i love it – but i just can’t remember what it was. i need someone to relieve that tension, my head is starting to hurt already, arghhh…. 😯
I spent ages tweaking the volumes on this. Just couldn’t get it spot on. You may have to turn the volume up and down a couple of times 🙂
Thanx for the comments peeps 8)
I’ll whack up the track list this evening. Sorry to keep you in suspenders Estrada 😈
ooops, don’t know what happened there

Glad you finally finished this little ditty. Makes me smile in anticipation just looking down the Cast list. (Garlic & Bread?…)
Tee Hee Hee Mix
PS – why’s your name changed to Ken Maters?
some weird issue here, solution is to use FireFox, which you should do anyway 😛
Well Ken you’ve really done it this time – what an amazing thing you’ve produced here; and to open with Pete, what a stroke of genius!
Tom (the best damn boat designer in the world) Howard
He he – Listened to this on my MP3 player on the way to work. People on the train were wondering why I was laughing out loud. I had forgotton about the Goons time piece…..err bit…err chunk.
Great work, Will have to do a re-edited version for the kids. some of this they will love. 😀
A weird mix evoking days when radio was king. The dreamy background music melts into a surrealistic landscape.
Different and great entertainment!
well i’ve downloaded a few mixes from here since i put our big chillout one up but this is the first i’ve got round to listening to. had it on in the house whilst doing stuff and have had a constant smile on my face, so many of my fave comedy moments accompanied by nice tunes. 😀
Thanks for all your comments. It was great fun sourcing all this stuff but it took an eternity (around 3 months).
The downside is that I don’t find this stuff funny at the moment because I must have listened to it 3000 times before posting. I’ll give it six months… 😛
A sequel to this would be exciting to do but I’m feeling exhausted just thinking about it 😥
Ken
(a few more votes would be nice )
Sorry Ken, this is next on my list of “need to listen this soon”!
I totally agree about the voting, we should make it compulsory to vote; with all of those downloads there should be more votes. There needs to be more participation!!!! 😈
….I’ll get off my soapbox now
No worries Stu. I am battling to keep up with the first page of mixes. I think I have two of yours to listen to! Just when I was making progress some more arrived this morning. Damn you all!! 🙂
As for the voting, in theory 261 have listened to this and four have voted. That’s 1.5% 😕
I’m not expecting stacks of votes but it’s keeping me awake at night worrying about it 🙂
I’ll be voting when I finally listen to it so I’ll be increasing it by 0.4%…that’s got to be worth about 10 mins of sleep 😉
Just added another 0.4%, sleep well I loved it 😀 😀 😉
I enjoyed this, but personally I would have preferred a music mix with comedy samples, rather than the other way around, but you can’t please everyone.
Overall there were some lovely chilled tunes on there and the comedy was great at times, but sometimes I thought that they clashed a little bit.
Rest well Ken, safe in the knowledge that you are 0.8% closer to your target than last night 😉
Thanks guys. Been sleeping like a baby recently 😀
Been listening to this one repeatedly for the last few weeks – great stuff. I like the balanced between comedy and music as well… There’s loads of music mixes, lets have more comedy!
I must remember to back and comment on “Pottie Toes” as well – that one’s still a regular on my ipod months and months after I first downloaded it. 😛
This is still a great listen Ken, cheers hp
