This is a tribute of sorts to one of the best producers around at the moment, Mr Stuart Price aka Jacques Lu Cont aka Les Rhythmes Digitales aka Paper Faces etc…. I made it initially for friends but what the hell I hoped you cats would dig it too, enjoy!!

Stuart Price is one of my fave producers, great tribute. Only thing missing is a Zoot Woman track. Fun listen !

These tracks by themselves are just wicked fun movers… you, however, have arranged them well and mixed them perfectly. Great mix!

    Hey Panda,
You’ve got some lucky friends, because it’s a great mix. Only it stops at once at 70:17 ?!?
    Is that right?

  7. Robin says:

It’s an awesome mix, but a real shame it stops abruptly halfway through ‘Mr Brightside’…

Thank you kindly ducky, and briscoe to answer your zoot woman comment i did think about it but I was going for a themed sound through the mix which also meant leaving out his remix of placebo’s pure mourning and cassius feeling for you etc, i like to know what im gettin in a mix 😉

Yes, definitely a keeper. Great stuff.

Some great tracks, I think he’s a superb producer on his day, the equal of any of the best genuinely French dudes but occasionally he veers into slightly cheesy territory (holds up hands!) but with some nice programming you pulled it off with style. My personal fave is actually the Cassius remix but I won’t hold it against you! 😉 Keep up the good work man, maybe you’d like my own French house mix too [sinister plug – is that cool?] in a similar vein.

hello mr crabmeister, thanks for the kind remarks, your mix is one of the best mixes ive heard on here so far, its the kinda music im into and guys like ‘justice’ are doing it right now, vive le france!*

*Except for this years qualifiers when Scotland pump them 🙂

mixes become archived after a week.. unless the dj pay’s for permanent hosting (very cheap) or you make a donation for access to the archives (even cheaper!)
