Oh, some update on my stat, officially into the workin’ djs crowd, got a private party on the 5th & renting out my big speakers to a fellow dj on the 6th…

No longer an employee as of this monday, and preparing for that gig on the 5th…

Sorry for the lack of attention fellow b00mb0xers, back “on duty ” as of next monday

Had this one on in the background while working this morning. Good variety of tunes – some really strong ones. I skipped a few tracks that were not to my taste or didn’t quite match the mood but all-in-all a nice mix.

What tracks did u exactly did not find to be in agreement with the mood (and was it your mood at the moment or the mood the mix was setting up), got me really thinking now…

The general mood & feel that i was trying to get was basicly …well hard to describe, a mixed emotions kinda feel if u will… they way I feel about my hotel experience (one part in particular) … depression, anxiety, nervousness, agression, darkness, outbursts
(yes I’m ok – thanx for the concern 8) )

Not exactly the kind of mix you’d be listening @ work, you can tell why…

One mention though about the stage name: it’s dj Mitzur@ (or Mitzura), seems the @ gets knocked off when the mixes get posted in here & the name ends up truncated…
Will make it Mitzura from now on so that there’s no more confussion.

I found it appealing & an easy listen.It sails by.
I actually have the full 4:20:00 version so I can avoid any gap.
Good it’s up here where many more will savor it.
Congrats on a good ‘un!
Bigger congrats on your work status.Around these parts dj’s are mainly called ‘waiters’.

It was probably more my mood and musical taste, rather than the mood of the mix… The more aggressive/angry parts I think.

Don’t get me wrong though, totally enjoyed it and it’s definitely a well crafted mix.

Well it’s not like very much different but hey, why not make on your own, enjoy yourself every now & then & make money out of it in the process…

I’ll start knockin’ on club doors as soon as I get a bit of order in my music, get my biz cards done, hone a bit my skills, so then I can also play what I like (well more than at a private party)

In other words last nights party was a success, chilled for the 14:30 to about 18:30 part & then goin’ straight forward (as per request) to romanian traditional songs, from different parts of the country, drinking songs, hits of the moment (only romanian as per request again) from time to time…
A lil bit strange for the location (an american sports bar & restaurant), but we worked it out in the end, people were satisfied.

Oh, & a big thanks to Vepik for his marvelous mixes, used Lazy/Sexy 5 & 8 yesterday (hadn’t heard them before either), previewed them briefly & they seem to work for that time, & they did … Thanx again mate for a great listen 8) Some fluctuations in volume at times,but nothing you can’t fix on a mixer

Some pleasant mixing occuring here. Very nice blends along the way that soothe the ears.

It all is though too long for me I’m afraid. I’m afraid I lose interest in any mix when I pass around 90 minutes. No reflection on the tunes or mixing, just me
