i absolutely love blends of soul/breaks/hip-hop/funk/rock/indie/w samples in varying proportions, which i find a lot of here, but indie seems to be the exception rather than the rule so i appreciate the tip re mr lovely.

As much as I like Tommie Sunshine, this beats his Ultra mix cds hands down, much more quality tracks than a remix of Good Charlotte or Fall Out Boy. Well done!

Excellent mix, most of these versions new to me but superbly put together. As far as indie goes a real eyeopener for me. That first track is a belter. cheers hp 🙂

Thanks for all the kind words. This is my (so far) one and only attempt at a mix (other than the xmas one I also posted here).

Comments like these give me the confidence to do another… now if I only had the time!

So many mixes to catch up on… and this was one I REALLY wanted to listen to… and I wasn’t disappointed! A mix after my own heart. Love the indie remixes, and this compilation’s very tasty. And I agree with HP, The Decemberists had me crankin’ the volume from the get-go. Really looking forward to what else you can compile… keep it up!
