This was a real labour of love; it took 11 attempts and about three months to get it to something that I was relatively pleased with. Mainly due to the Treva Whateva & Beatphreak mix, as the T.W. tune has got a lazy beat that sounds like it’s not mixed properly.
The general theme is Ninja Tunes/Tru Thoughts style that builds from 92bpm right through to 128bpm at the end, which gave me real problems to stop it sounding ‘speeded up’. Again some old, some new, some classics.

Ha ha ha! I’d be starstruck as well!!
Because I was listening to it in isolation I didn’t hear the lazy beat, it just sounded out so when I messed about with it, it was then going out! Wasn’t until I properly listened to it that I heard the secondary beat. Totally boxed my head in!!
Len, I’ll be at the match shouting myself hoarse! Took me five hours of constant redial to eventually get through and then end up with limited view tickets in the Main Stand; we all hate the main stand!!!! But at least we got them.

Ta very much Matt!! It was worth the effort after all!! Which ones did you know? Thorughly recommended searching out the Fdel, Beatphreak, Bongolian, Timewarp Inc, Flevans, and Javi Pez albums. All of them are top notch.
Len, these three of us that always go to the European matches; can’t get Prem tickets but Euro nights are easier to get and probably better. Went to all the Euro home games including Istanbul in 2005. My mate’s driving as well so I reckon that I’m gonna get proper leathered!

Loved it. Great tune selection and some nice mixing – didn’t realise it was on decks until I read the thread now!
Especially enjoyed the funky upfront style of the first 40 minutes, culminating in the”get on your feet” tune (was it Mana’s Bounce?)
Already listened to it a couple of times, and suspect it’s gonna get aired much more.

Mr Lovely, that tune you wanted to know about is Javi Pez- ‘Ping Pong’ (Beatfanatic Remix). Their album is worth checking out as well; this remix doesn’t stray too far at all from the original. Cheers
Great mix, the tempo changes are very well handled, always difficult to do that and make it sound seamless 8) , and I love all the tunes 😀 . Just one thing though, I listened on the player without d/loading, and it cut out mid-tune after 66 mins?

Somehow this mix slipped my notice Stu,(probably because I’ve heard so many of your mixes over the past few weeks that I can’t remember which ones I have listened to!!! 😕 ) however as usual a high quality selection of Tunage and top mixing to compliment the tracks.

Some great tunes for your electro set which i’ll send ya if you fancy a listen – King Unique ‘Flashing Lights’ and King Roc ‘How big is it?’ and Boy 8-bit ‘Long Jeanne Silver’ amongst others.
All depends if you wanna go for the kind of electro house that has been floating about for the last few years or if you intend to use the current style floating about the bars and clubs.
