Tried to do a cover, but i dont think that it worked out.Gonna try and post the CD cover again. This is my second mix (first one not worth posting), so comments will be greatly appreciated.

The mix is funk, soul and hip-hop, with some film excerpts thrown in for a laugh.

This is my favourite b00mb0x mix in ages, Stu. Non-stop feel-good. I’ve found it works best at 6am in the morning – fire up a coffee or two and blast it out while you’re in the shower, so far about twelve near-fatal slips on soap from dancing. Perfect start to the day. 😀

Ta v. much Croston, I always look for a certain feel good vibe to a tune. Got another two ready to go, in a very similar vein, and despite its title “Fight Club” I would say that it is overall more feel good than this mix, with the other mix “Hand Shaped Air” starting off relatively slow and building up through the mix.

Cpt Silas, hope you enjoy the “Knights” bit, stumbled across this when mmessing around one day and it had to go on a mix somewhere.

Briscoe, hope that I have done “The Dix” justice in the rest of the mix? Quality tune, to be fair that need a good home.

I’ve gotta say I’m a bit gutted. I’ve just finished doing my first mix. I’m just letting a few peeps hear it, before it ever goes public, but then I hear this and realise I have a long way to go.

Excellent Mix – I’m in agreement about the ‘feel good factor’ – I’ve only had it on quietly at work (shhh) an can’t wait to crank it up in the car on the way home…

Thanks for the compliments and comments. Uploaded my next one last night, so hopefully won’t be too long until its posted.

The current mix that i’m working, I hope will be even more ‘feel good’; more by accident than design but it is two thirds compiled and so far so good.

Olly, don’t lose heart buddy, bet that yours is better than you think; I’m always hyper-critcal of my own mixes but not other peoples. Post it on the site and hopefully we can give you some comments and compliments!

Got a few more funny snippets to come, always scouring the t’internet for them. My fav so far is on my next mix; Chris Morris’s “Bushwhacked” playing over Dead Prez’s “Bigger Than HipHop” instrumental. Seems to go perfectly.

Quite likeable.It moves well throughout.Sometimes like with the new order I wanted a fuller sound,but it shows you in a good light throughout the majority.Many fine tracks abound. 😀 😀 😀 8) 8) 8)

Cheers mate, glad ya liked it.

I did enjoy mixin it, especially when things went right, like the mix between “Don’t Turn Around” & “Real Estate”, there was no fourth beat to count and that was make or break time; would have been gutted to have to start again! Some of the mixes aren’t very subtle at times (bass & volume is too high) but it was only my second proper mix after all!
