Just gave this a play, figuring I’d skim it after a lil while. Ended up playing this thing from start to finish.
The track selection and flow is easily some of your smoothest yet. This thing started out distinctly dubby, basement like… and then you built/crafted this uplifting spacial set of deep house. And none of the tracks felt rushed, clashed, anything like that.
That remix of “I Try”, that was the one that capped the last of many drinks. what a f*cking tune.
Dare I say it inspired me to get back to work on a certain mix?! 🙂
Some really nice dubbed out tripping fun there mate! Loved It!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 I don’t have a lot of reagae in my collection so is nice to hear mixes like this. This one had me swaying in my chair! Nice vibe throughout! There was some song in there with a nice conga beat… What a great tune!!!! More Please! I’m not Afraid Of The Future 😉
Good stuff indeed. I had a late night listen first time round, so had to keep the volume down (Swiss neighbours are the worst :)). Second time round I was able to crank it up a bit and it was all the better for it.
Another class mix here mate! I think this could be a fav – got to give it some more edfone & speaker time – my kind of dubby soundtrack to theze hazzy easter dayz!
Ok, I have read all the lovely comments and played the mix today in my car whislt driving to and from work…
The start is fantastic but there is a point around twenty mins or so where i think it has been over done (sorry mate), massive respect for working in the kiling joke track… not easy wether using software, cdj’s or turntables (i know I have tried it on a fair few occasions!!!). The mix does however in my opinion recover from my earlier point in fine style and ends in massive style. Overall an excellent mix and sorry for the seemingly negative appraisal above… long mixes are fine but not always necessary.
Well, what can I say ? Yet again you surpass all previous classics !
This is just wonderful bong, it really is mate.
Genre hopping with consumate ease with no “mind the gap” mularkey. The listener doesnt even notice that they’ve gone from jazzy, latino, deep house to reggae, & back again !

Great mix!
I was wondering at first if I liked it.Kind of a jazzy chilled feel.About halfway through I conked out & fell asleep.doh
Tried it again today & it was very pleasing.Must’ve been my mood.It had me relaxed, but lively to the fine motions.
Not a prob listening straight through. It seems to get more appealing as it progresses.
The production is extremely enjoyable.Your mixing is clearly half the joy.
Kudos to you & to DeadSound for the splendid cover.
oooh Yummy! A new Bong MiX… weee!!! downloading now! Will be back on the flip side.

i think i like annoying her with my music styles.
Awesome mix. Great use and execution of some very complex sounds.
Peace.
Nice groovy stuff with that distinctive smokey Bong style. This’ll do nicely.
respecta to the selectah – top work – you had some long mixes going on there! twisted me head inside out whilst i was cooking the curry
long mix is my middle name
cheers for the big up’s ppl
Deep, dubby, and deeply dubby, with nuff madness (particularly around the 35 minute mark) – everything we expect from Bong!
Was pleasantly surprised by some of the more uplifting sections in the second half, which kept me off the carpet. Nice work.
Fantastic mix Bong. Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.
Was disappointed when it ended.
Cheers bud. Thanks!
That H-Foundation track is awesome!
Great name for a mix 😉

Superb mate, just superb.
Thank you. 🙂
I can see (hear?) what Denzil means it did get a bit ‘busy’ at one point at around the 20 min mark, but it didn’t spoil anything though.
Overall a great mix mate… sorry for the delay in replying I thought I’d commented ages ago
