Last Message 1 week, 1 day ago- swamp : well, play iz 26 & feed iz 4. so thats deffo 30
- matrix : back to zero... let's just assume only 1000 of those downloads were real hehe
- matrix : no idea where the links to my mix are coming from... so i've renamed the mix
- Der DiskothekerTM : Thanx bong!
- bong : corrected
- Der DiskothekerTM : dear ops, there is a mistake in the artists list of My House Is Built Of Rock.: the name is Alan Vega, not Aöan ... big thanks if you could correct it
- AbeTwist : Still it looks cool, 1215 dl's
Hate the fact that MJ's dead by the way, came as sort of a shock - matrix : not guilty, m'lord.
- Ken Masters : Michael Jackson RIP
- swamp : itz not d/ls. theres bin a direct link posted somewheres, mayb several. so peeps iz klikin on the link repeatedly cos it wont werk. in reality, itz prob around the 50 d/l mark
- Der DiskothekerTM : this is more than a hit, this is a miracle: more tham 1.000 downloads in a day on matrix' actual mix!
- AbeTwist : wow, that was a fast upload!
- swamp : ...promises, promises...
- wyse : @Warvadal I've got a tracklist somewhere. I'll find it and upload.
- bong : i think the recent database problems caused a flux with people not being able to view the site properly, which in turn would probably have had a knock on effect with the lack of downloads experienced for that 2 week period.. the rest? who knows!
- ambientfusion : new mix in the works... been a while. hopefully have it uploaded soon.
- Der DiskothekerTM : The box remains mysterious to me. Sometimes a mix runs to some hundreds of downloads in ten days, sometimes it's only a slow dropping even though there is no difference in quality. I'm participating since more than one year now and still don't understand how it works... Nevertheless big thanks to all the mixers who make me puzzle about this question!
- Warvadal : @Mr. Wyse. I see you have a mix upload. Do you have a cover and/or tradklist to go with it? I will wait to post it until I hear from you. Peace.
- bong : cheers for the fixes naz.. bmbx works great again.. Hurrah!
- naz : welcome back
- ihou : A Soulful house mix back from 2007 coming on it's way
Cheers Mates! - matrix : will do
- Boogie Maggoo : If it's not too difficult could you update my mix with the new version? Thx
- bong : fair to middlin' thanks useo
- useo8 : lo all how ya been?
- bong : nice one
- shiningsteve : cheers for the tip bong, sent them a mix, should be up there soon
- bong : hello all.. just a message to say that the internet radio station, dance biscuit, are wondering if anyone here would like to get involved within their schedule. here's the thread.. «link» don't miss out
- bong : well in Max..
- Max : Hey guys! Still enjoying the tapes for four years now! Keep it up!
- Warvadal : @DJtec. I had some problems with your back cover. Had to resize it (too big). + I don't know if that's the way you wanted it to look (sideways), but that's how it was uploaded. Let me know. I'm out of town until sunday. Peace.
- bong : oo ooo ooo ooo.rrrrrrrrrrrr e
- dj readybreak : Cheers for the upload peeps, enjoy!
- bong : cheers for the headsup
- bong : ok. the mix is now vepiks but the comments are still wrong.. will try and see if this can be rectified
- swamp : well, play iz 26 & feed iz 4. so thats deffo 30

There’s a theme in this mix… I can’t put my finger on it… maybe it’s because I’m stoned immaculate?

Giving this the listen now, and so far it’s great. Who’s responsible for what?
February 13th, 2008 at 7:09 am
So far, at Charles B - Lack Of Love. Been hearin’ Dub, Reggea, House, Latin… this is one cool ride guys. Gonna try to give this the finish tonight.

This is a really fun mix. That’s what it is… you can’t NOT enjoy it. You just play it and really have no idea where the hell you’re headed… and each track is mixed cleanly with the last, regardless of any genre jumps.
I especially like those catchy latin house tracks. Nice work you two!!
February 13th, 2008 at 12:17 pm
Really enjoyed this one, got better as each track went along also every track new to my ears.
February 13th, 2008 at 2:09 pm
Smarviliouse!!! This is an AWESOME mix guys! LOVE it!!! Going so well with my morning coffee! The conga bits I love the best! Thanks for the hard work, this mix has made me smile today
February 13th, 2008 at 4:20 pm
Fantastic mix, love the afrobeat flavas, love the Original Rockers, hadn’t heard that tune for years (think Groove Corporation had a credit on that too), and the Charles B, and especially love “Just As Long As I Have You” - tune! Can’t believe I never heard that one before, I know the house version of course but hadn’t heard the original.
February 13th, 2008 at 4:39 pm
Great tuneage to wrap the ears ’round - thanks much.
February 13th, 2008 at 9:53 pm

Dead groovy, another one for the summer sun methinks ?

February 18th, 2008 at 10:16 pm
Great stuff fellas, collabs like this aren’t easy but you two both pulled it off with ease(!) I guess the concept came naturally to you both…
Particularly loved the Tony Allen track, and (of course) Love Committee. Excellent work.
Just one question - what’s with the title?!
February 19th, 2008 at 8:51 am
haha - i’ll leave that a mystery for now - can anyone else guess why the title?
February 19th, 2008 at 9:19 am
ye! i ain’t grass’in either…
February 19th, 2008 at 1:00 pm

February 23rd, 2008 at 11:09 pm
GREAT WORK. It reminds me of some of those under-basement joints where everybody’s getting down, sweating, funky and out of their minds. Awesome.
Peace.
February 24th, 2008 at 11:20 am
cheers la
ye! big up sweaty basements everywhere…
let the music set you free
February 27th, 2008 at 8:49 am
For the first 40-50 minutes I was dragging my chin on the floor… completely amazed by the strength of the tracks, each one getting better and better. Loved the afro influence to them.
I take my imaginary hat off to ya both…
As for the title, not a clue what it means…
February 28th, 2008 at 11:46 am
cheers DS
…it’s a “grass” card
February 28th, 2008 at 1:55 pm
I’m too innocent to understand… now where did I put my crack pipe?
February 28th, 2008 at 7:06 pm
here’s a link to it stu - we used to play a lot of it!
February 29th, 2008 at 8:22 am
Might get myself one of them, looks great! Can’t believe that I’m 34 and never even heard of it…
February 29th, 2008 at 3:58 pm
Nice mix… like the theme…
February 29th, 2008 at 6:07 pm
I definitely listened to this a few days ago and I definitely really enjoyed it but I’m buggered if I can remember anything else. It must have blown my tiny mind.
Will give it another go soon to see if the effects wear off quicker the second time.
March 2nd, 2008 at 2:12 pm
thanks again for all the comments. really enjoy doing collaboration mixes and have a few more in the pipeline over the comin’ months… another stonehigh mix is deffo on the cards… hehe
March 26th, 2008 at 10:22 pm
Taken me an age to getting around to listening to this, but it was worth it.
A great variety of rhythms and grooves throughout this and some trademark samples making it all that more expansive.
Have to admit, I was listening to it whilst working out and it didn’t really suit that to be honest…
…but then again I should have known that from the start!
Very enjoyable indeed guys!
