Don’t take this compilation too seriously, it contains real music from the east and some “more rock” sung by western interpret.
Some of the songs are almost ridiculous, but most of the tracks are great IMHO.
I hope some of you will want to drink vodka, jump on a table and shout out loud: “SHUKAR !
Dez, good work fella, just when I thought all the genres had been explored… cheers hp 😉
lol I don’t really expect to have a lot of feedback on this one… But as always I am eclectic…
And, by the way, tomorrow, I will have the upmost pleasure to attend to a Zombies gig… I can’t wait to be there… Can you believe it ? I am only 36 ? and I will be in front row of one of the most influential bands of the 60ies ?
I will definitely bring my camera, no matter what…
Anyways, this music needs to be heard, and you have to give it 2 or 3 listenings…
Wow, with Colin Blunstone/Rod Argent? They still performing are they? cheers hp
Nice mixtape man
really refreshing and very interesting music style
jumps on table
SHUUUKAAAAAR
eclectic as ever dEZ
Yo
What song did you like in this one ?
If you liked any, of course !!!
i liked the whole vibe of it, not summit i’d play all the time like but seemed to suit the mood
You saved my day, Bong.
Get ready next month for another concept mixtape… It’ll be about food… Uh oh… Not yet finished of course… but there are some interesting songs (about food, dinner, and dessert)
SHUKAR Rules (not my mix, the word and the attitude).
Loved it!! I’ve been getting into Eastern European music recently especially now that Basement Jaxx & Gogol Bordello are championing the sound.
I always enjoy your mixes dEZ, and especially love the variety. I’ll defo be burning this one. You always inspire me to do an eclectic mix and I’ve got a couple in the planning stages one uptempo, and the other downtempo, but they might become one mix in the end!!
Looking forward to next months offering of food……uuuummmm food!!!!!
file under ‘interesting’ for me – all got a bit much by the end, but i wasn’t slotting vodka at 4am.
‘eclectic as ever’ seems appropriate! 🙂
Reminded me to get diggin out all the good shit I like, anybody up for a dance?
GET MAKIN SHAPES WOOHOO
