This has massive style.Stakes out new lines of demarcation for funk for ’07.It has the feel of live mixing & betrays no signs of the actual work timeline involved.
Moves seamlessly & with deep co-track involvement.
This could be played anytime,but for me has a wonderful summer vibe that will insure it’s replay for months to come.
The biggest pleasure is the transformation of cuts.Lots of dj interaction brings them to life with memorable arrangements.
I knew the fluke track,but not this mix.
Way to keep the theme going musically.You worked right in tandem as if you were of one mind.
There’s some aggressive production tone throughout such as the texture of the dance master piece.
That cover is a hoot!
Congrats you two.It must be very satisfying.

dug this one out again and played it a few times in the car. great stuff, with the exception of the Beastie Boys track which I always skip through – a bit shouty and out of place. rest of it kicks butt.
