As a follow up to Jazz Cigarette I looked for swing & big band music. Most of the songs come from this album

This mix has been through the blender, lost twice & resurected twice, over 2 hard drive crashes in 6 months – I wondered if it was worth hosting but if it helps get the album more notice then it will have been of some value. It’s a wicked album sampling some of the greats of swing. I urge anyone who loves jazz & electronica to buy it. Only 30 mins but it’s had at least a dozen takes & I figured it was time to put it to bed.

I really enjoyed this.You’ve assembled the tracks well & it plays through very easily.The updated beats lend a big helping hand to the dated,but fine cuts from that long-ago era.
You deserve credit for making a set that is so individualistic.

Great mix, love remixes of old jazz/swing tunes and this is quality……..would have been better with a bit more of Goodbye Swingtime though!!!! 😉
