Immediately noticeable is the excellent sound.I wish I made stuff that sounded this direct. The tracks employed are pleasing across the board.A massively strong piece all around. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 8) 8) 8) 8)
Works well, nicely put together. The start (first 5 tracks) is a bit weak for what follows (imho)…..and of course cannot be a burner with a cover like that
As you guys may imagine, a new born baby (well, 5 months) is time consuming, but during some of free time (mainly the night :D), I put my helmet on and play with streamer.
This one’s works a bit like the previous one (eclectism) and contains mostly mainstream music (well, Tunng is not, but I love this cover of Tim Buckley).
The track selection changed a lot in the making (especially the start, Idon’t really like the first song, but I coulnd’t find something else in time for posting, and I was getting impatient to finish it).
Oh, and if some of you want the cuefile (you are more than welcome to change the cover 🙄 of course), I’d gladly post it in text form here…
And, thx for the comments, I wish I’ll have a lot like these in the future if my little musical toys deserve it of course. . .
Oh, one question : is Gnarl Barkley’s Crazy really sampled from Cerrone or is it just an illusion of mine ? (the transition is not that good, I’m sure it can be done a lot better).
